Angelim-Vermelho

This is a medium-density wood, with a low moisture content. The timber is heavy, hard, and durable.

The sapwood is yellow/brown, usually with stripes, and the heartwood varies from orange, to light reddish-brown. The wood has distinct growth rings, the grain is interlocked, texture medium, luster medium and disagreeable odor when turned.
