I purchased a 6 blade barrel trimmer about a month ago and just got around to using it last week. I had an issue with the pilot tools supplied with the trimmer. They were not the right size for making pens. I left an email message thinking I was out of luck and would have a difficult time. But that is not the case. The customer service folks called me with in two hours to help me solve my problem. That is awesome customer service. They not only solved my problem, but they actually were great to deal with and immediately got my replacement parts. I received the correct one with in two business days. Again, I cannot stress enough how important a great customer support staff is to the public. I have been stiffed by other pen making suppler and this is truly been a rewarding feeling dealing with a company who cares about their customers. Thanks you again Pedigree Wood Crafts.
